SDCAC Quiz

Registration - OR - Self-Declaration?
Take the Quiz!

1) Do you have a customer mandate for registration?
a) Yes (go to question 2)
b) No (go to question 3)
c) Unsure (contact your customer)

2) Will your customer allow Self-Declaration?
a) Yes (go to question 3)
b) No (Read Note 1)
c) Unsure (contact your customer)

3) Do you have the self-discipline to maintain a QMS with little or no oversight?
a) Yes (Read Note 2)
b) No (Read Note 3)
c) Unsure (Read Note 3)

Note 1: Apparently, you are not ready for Self-Declaration. Either you must "sell" your customer on your ability to maintain your system, or you are stuck with registration.
Note 2: Congratulations! You qualify for Self-Declaration. Now you must ask yourself if you desire to have some outside agency provide some level of oversight, and encouragement. Look at our price and ask yourself if our program is worth the token rates we charge.
